Research On The Construction Of Modern Agricultural Management System In Shandong Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and rural residents have existed since the founding of China,and it is particularly prominent at present.As for solutions of the issues,raising rural residents’ income and living standards is the key.By analyzing the strategy of rural revitalization and the modern agricultural management system,we further sum up the practical experience of developing agricultural collective economy and promoting the reform of agricultural marketization,which provides support for the deep development of rural revitalization strategy in the new period.Rural revitalization is not only the “major test paper” of the national examination,but also that it reserved the choice space for the provinces to carry out regional programs.As a big agricultural province in China,the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture is of great significance to ensure the food security of our country.The modern agricultural management system based on expanding the production of agricultural products and strengthening the support of advanced technology in grain production is the objective requirement to promote rural revitalization.In accordance with General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and requirements for Shandong,based on the innate conditions of agricultural resources in Shandong Province and the current situation of the development of agricultural management system,we should make every effort to develop socialized,industrialized and large-scale modern agriculture to meet the requirements of agricultural development,and improve the advantages for development of green agricultural products,such as products in Shouguang and Shenxian,to make the ecological civilization and agricultural production develop harmoniously.Through the development of agricultural modernization with “high efficiency,high efficiency and high quality”,we can promote the rural revitalization with a basis of “thriving businesses” and a goal of “living well”.This article is based on the background of rural revitalization,based on the socialization,specialization,organization and intensification of the modern agricultural management system,using the relevant expositions of Marx,Engels,Lenin and others and the agricultural modernization ideas of various leaders to clarify modern agricultural management.The internal connection between the system and the revitalization of the countryside has sorted out the practical basis for constructing a modern agricultural management system.Then,through investigations and case studies,the results of the construction of the agricultural management system in Shandong Province were analyzed,and it was found that Shandong Province also had some problems in the exploration of building a modern agricultural management system,such as insufficient government policy support,low-quality element resource input,and land transfer.The resistance is large,and the development level of new agricultural business entities is not high.The cause of the problem is analyzed from the three aspects of the government,various business entities and social service organizations.Next,the development models of agricultural management systems at the forefront of countries such as the United Kingdom,Japan,the United States,France,and Germany,and analyze and compare the development models of agricultural management systems in domestic and foreign agricultural developed regions in Henan,Sichuan,Jiangsu,Heilongjiang and other provinces.Learn from the experience and methods that Shandong can use for reference in constructing a modern agricultural management system to accelerate the development of Shandong’s agricultural economy.Finally,how to construct the six aspects of improving the land circulation mechanism,cultivating new agricultural business entities,improving the supply system of production factors,building agricultural infrastructure and informatization,building the internal and external cooperative symbiosis mechanism of the new agricultural business entities,and improving social services The modern agricultural management system puts forward scientific and feasible countermeasures and suggestions to build a modern agricultural management system that will help the development of the rural revitalization strategy in Shandong Province.
