| In recent years,our country has focused on high-level talent services.High-level talents are integrated talents,they are urgently needed for the country’s prosperity and development.Quanzhou focuses on the development of the real economy and is committed to improving and optimizing high-level talent services.The city’s talent service work has been carried out so far,although certain results have been achieved,it still needs further improvement.Therefore,it is urgent to investigate whether high-level talents are satisfied with the current talent services provided by our city,as well as the degree of satisfaction,and how to improve and optimize them.Only in this way can we better create a "warm project" of high-level talent services and optimize the talent ecological environment of "near and happy to come".The study takes Quanzhou as an example,combines his own work situation and uses for reference relevant research results,draws on the perceived value theory and the expectation confirmation theory to investigate and understand the various factors affecting the satisfaction of Quanzhou high-level talents on government services,and compile Quanzhou The city’s high-level talents’ satisfaction with government services and the pre-expectation questionnaire were established to establish Quanzhou’s high-level talents’ satisfaction with government services and related assumptions.According to the stratified sampling method,320 financial,medical,technology,and The pre-expectations and satisfaction of high-level talents in education and other fields on the talent services of the Quanzhou Municipal Government are analyzed using SPSS software,and a stepwise multiple regression analysis is adopted.And through research and analysis,it not only makes up for the theory of looking at high-level talents in government services from the perspective of satisfaction in the relevant literature,but also finds that there is a gap between the high-level talents’ expectations and actual perception of government services in our city.At the same time,the city should improve the satisfaction of high-level talent services from three aspects: improving the convenience of talent service supply,strengthening the ability of talent service implementation,and optimizing the talent development environment.We will continue to implement the service policies for small and high-level talents,improve the accuracy of service measures,and be meticulous,so that we can keep our hearts and minds in mind. |
