Research On High-Level Talents Entrepreneurship Service Supply Of Local Government

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,talent,especially high-level talent has become an important strategic resource for global competition.The process of globalization has brought about the flow of talent in the world,making the competition for talented people from other governments intensified.Do a good job of high-level talents,especially to do a good job in the service of high-level talents entrepreneurship has become an important part of the government’s talent strategy,but also to accelerate the development of innovation and the inevitable requirement.From the perspective of public management,take Jianye District Of Nanjing for example,based on the practice of the service supply of the local government in the high-level talents Entrepreneurship in Jianye District,by consulting literature,questionnaires,visits and other ways to collect information,this paper sums up the status quo of Jianye high-level talents entrepreneurship and government service supply,find out the problems and deficiencies in the current service,and analyzes the causes of the problems,relying on entrepreneurial theory,new public management theory,new public service theory,based on the successful experience of domestic and foreign high-level talents’ entrepreneurial service and related literature,puts forward some suggestions for optimization,the purpose is to provide a valuable reference and basis for the government to improve the supply of entrepreneurial services.Through the study we found,at present,Jianye district has made obvious achievements in the aspect of high-level talents entrepreneurship and the service supply of high-level talents entrepreneurship,gathered a large number of high-level talents.At the same time,Jianye district has a sound entrepreneurial support policies,high quality business support services,good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship,it provides a development space and basic security for high-level talents.But at the same time,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the service supply of high-level talents in Jianye District,mainly concentrated in the lack of scientific and technological research and development,weak entrepreneurial network services,supporting services lag behind these three aspects.Based on empirical results,combining theory and literature research,to improve the government of high level talents entrepreneurship service supply,optimizing the service system of high-level talents,attach importance to the construction of entrepreneurial network,increase scientific and technological research and development support services,increase the market promotion of high level talents enterprise product,improve the construction of entrepreneurial carrier,promote the information construction of entrepreneurial service these six aspects of countermeasures and suggestions.This study has theoretical and practical significance.The theoretical significance is that it is helpful to expand the strategic connotation of high-level talents,enrich and improve the research results of high level talents entrepreneurship service.The practical significance lies in providing the reference and basis for the local government to serve the high-level talents,help to improve the service supply of the local government in the high-level talents,further improve the quality and efficiency of services...
