Research On The Pengshan District Government Of Meishan City To Promote The Construction Of "Smart Community"

With the continuous development of Internet information technology and big data platforms,cities and communities are no longer limited to the original service functions,and gradually develop towards intelligence.As an extension of the "smart city",the "smart community" is conducive to improving the city.The quality of community governance is conducive to reducing the cost of urban community governance,promoting the benign interaction between residents and the government,and providing residents with efficient and convenient life experience.Pengshan District of Meishan City is close to Chengdu and belongs to the Tianfu New District.It is imperative to promote the construction of "smart communities" in terms of geographical advantages and economic development.Therefore,this article selects the Pengshan District government to promote the construction of "smart communities".The situation as the research object,through theoretical research combined with empirical investigation analysis,interview method research methods,to conduct interviews and research on the local construction situation.This paper conducts a detailed research and analysis of the three main methods of building a smart service platform,building an institutional guarantee system,and forming a talent team in the process of promoting the construction of a "smart community" by the Pengshan District government."Since the construction,there have been certain results,but there are still problems.The main problems are the lack of smart service platforms,the lack of systematic support for overall promotion,and the lack of talents to participate in the construction.These problems have led to the Pengshan District government’s In the process of promoting the construction of "smart communities",the construction of smart platforms is single,the system guarantee system is simple,and the talent team is weak.Further analysis revealed that,firstly,the existence of information islands,the existence of information security risks,and the lack of grasp of residents’ needs led to the lack of a smart platform for timely sharing;the second was the lack of close integration between the formulation of systems and practices,and the lack of normative documents for integrating system resources.,Lack of the concept of diversified participation in construction has led to a lack of institutional support for overall planning;third,due to the lack of talent introduction and cultivation plans,the narrow and single participation channels of social organizations,and the weak sense of community of residents and communities,it has led to a lack of talents to participate in the construction.In response to this,three measures have been put forward from the aspects of technology,system and talents: building a complete smart service platform,establishing a guarantee mechanism for overall planning,and forming a high-quality talent team.It is hoped that the above countermeasures can help the Pengshan District government to promote the construction of "smart communities"in an orderly and steadily manner,so that residents can enjoy smart and convenient services,and solve the problem of government community governance.
