Research On The Optimization Of Smart Community Construction

In the context of smart city,the new generation of information technology and ideas are widely used in community governance.As the effective inheritance and extension of the concept of smart city in grass-roots governance,smart community is the subject of social governance and service that integrates technology,service,management and other elements.With the application and development of information technology,smart community integrates community property services,government services,medical care and elderly care into an intelligent system,which makes people’ life more convenient,intelligent and safe,effectively promotes the development of related industries,and realizes people’s well-being and the progress of social development.As a new concept of social management,the smart community has become an important part of exploring community governance.Based on the study of grassroots social governance under the background of smart community construction,this paper uses the basic concepts of smart community,resilient community theory,network governance and other basic theories.Based on the practice and experience of the construction of G community in Chengdu high-tech Zone,this paper conducts relevant research with the research paradigm of case analysis.Through the demand survey of public services in smart community,this paper demonstrates the shortcomings of the smart community in G community.It is found that there are some problems in the construction of smart community,such as slow progress,lack of overall planning,isolated data island,poor linkage update,poor application,low residents’ sense of acquisition,insufficient multi participation and so on.The three dimensions of residents’ perspective are the main reasons.At the same time,based on the experience and Enlightenment of smart community construction in advanced regions at home and abroad,this paper puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the construction of smart community,that is,to strengthen the toplevel design and establish the evaluable system of smart community;Break the information barrier and promote the information disclosure and application sharing;We should explore the mechanism of multiple participation and pool the concerted efforts.The study aimed to promote the development of smart community,improve the level of grass-roots social governance,promote social stability and residents’ happiness which also provides some reference for the construction of smart community in China.
