Research On Network Public Opinion Management Of Public Emergencies In Quanzhou

At present,China is in the transitional period of social development,and various social contradictions are prominent.All kinds of public emergencies are easy to generate online public opinion and have a wide range of social impact.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of public emergencies in Quanzhou attracts the attention of media and netizens,and the network public opinion keeps rising.The government’s network public opinion management is slightly careless,and the spread of negative public opinion is easy to cause the public opinion crisis,which will seriously affect the network order and damage the authority of the government.At present,there are still many problems in online public opinion management of public emergencies in Quanzhou City.It is a practical problem for the government to explore new ideas and improve the ability of online public opinion management.This article takes the network public opinion management of public emergencies in Quanzhou as the research object,uses Robert Heath’s 4R theory of crisis management as a tool to study the current actual situation,and analyzes the four stages of reduction,readiness,response,and recovery.The current problems and reasons of the network public opinion management of public emergencies in Quanzhou City and targeted suggestions are put forward.First of all,through some specific case analysis,combined with survey and visit data,the main methods of current public opinion management of public emergencies in Quanzhou are explained.Secondly,it studies and analyzes the existing problems and their causes.The main problems include insufficient infrastructure for full-time institutions,large differences in early warning capabilities in various regions,single public opinion control methods,and failure to properly resolve long-tail public opinions.At the same time,through the experience of Nanjing,Chongqing and other places,combined with the actual situation of Quanzhou,put forward suggestions,namely,to strengthen the construction of basic work in the reduction stage,improve the early warning ability in the preparation stage,carry out multi-dimensional public opinion guidance in the response stage,and summarize,improve and maintain the image of the government in the recovery stage.
