The revitalization of rural education is of great significance,not only to the change of the individual destiny of rural students,but also to the overall revitalization of rural society.In the context of the uneven development of urban and rural areas,rural education cannot escape the fate of uneven development.The contradiction between the growing demand for high-quality education and insufficient supply in rural society is prominent,affecting educational equity and social harmony.Education is a quasipublic goods.The revitalization of rural education is not enough only by the government.It is necessary to introduce social forces and attract the participation of multiple subjects in order to make rural education full of vitality and revitalization..Based on this,this article uses the theory of cooperative governance,takes case analysis and interviews as the main research methods,and discusses the following issues:: First,what is the effect of government-community cooperation in rural education revitalization? What kind of dilemma is facing? Second,how to optimize NGOgovernment collaborations and give full play to the advantages of cooperative governance in the revitalization of rural education?After case analysis and demonstration,the main points of this article are as follows:First,in the revitalization of rural education,political and social cooperation has not only improved the supply of public education services,but also boosted the image of the government,enhanced the ability of social organizations,and stimulated the participation of other diverse subjects.Significant results have been achieved;second,due to insufficient transformation of government functions,insufficient social organization capabilities,and imperfect cooperation mechanisms between the two parties,political and social cooperation faces difficulties in organization and coordination,insufficient legitimacy of participation by social organizations,and imperfect cooperation mechanisms.NGO-government collaborations have its advantages;thirdly,the dilemma of NGO-government collaborations have not been resolved.This article optimizes the cooperation path from three aspects: clarifying the roles of multiple subjects,strengthening the cooperation governance network,and optimizing the cooperation governance mechanism,so as to form a cooperative governance involving multiple subjects Pattern to promote the revitalization of rural education. |
