China is a large agricultural country with a long history,with a large agricultural population.In order to comprehensively promote national modernization and economic,political and social development,it is necessary to ensure the stability and sustainable development of rural society.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of my country in 1949,the party and the country have never stopped exploring rural governance.Whether it is the“integration of government and society” model or the model of “village governance and village governance”,both are the results of the exploration of rural governance in our country.Social stability,economic development,and improvement of people’s living standards have played a positive role.However,with the development of my country’s economy and society,the appearance of rural society has undergone tremendous changes.With the development,rural social conflicts have also increased and become more complex and diverse.Therefore,in recent years,the party and the state have successively introduced policies for benefiting agriculture,such as the "three rural" policies,rural revitalization strategies,and poverty alleviation in rural areas,and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the construction: "Party committee leadership,government responsibility,democratic consultation,social coordination,The social governance system of“public participation,guarantee of the rule of law,and scientific and technological support” attaches great importance to rural social governance and development issues,which not only achieves stable economic growth in rural areas and a happy life for the people,but also achieves effective rural governance and alleviates rural conflicts,so as to achieve more realistic new governance The model drives a new round of rural development.In this context,this article is in line with the spirit of the Party Central Committee,with governance theory,multi-center governance theory and my country’s rural governance theory as theoretical support,analyzing the rationality and feasibility of multiple subjects participating in rural governance,and combining field visits and research data to construct Multi-subjects participate in the rural governance model,and use the enthusiasm and initiative of multi-subjects to handle rural public affairs and promote the construction and development of rural society through communication,negotiation and cooperation.At the same time,this article sorts out the existing problems of rural governance,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of multiple subjects,solves the current dilemma of rural governance,adjusts the contradictions of rural society,and realizes the long-term economic development of rural economy and effective social governance.
