| Community corrections are the opposite of imprisonment corrections.The purpose is to reform criminals and promote their smooth return to society.However,the advantages of community corrections are: First,there is no isolation from society,which is more conducive to the return of criminals to society;second,the cost of execution is greatly reduced,which is conducive to saving national finances.The work of community corrections in my country started relatively late,and the development of community corrections practice in various regions is extremely uneven.Based on this,this article selects X District of Xiangyang City as the case study object in order to provide useful suggestions for the development and improvement of community corrections.Theory and practice have proved that community corrections cannot be separated from the participation of multiple subjects.According to the nature of the participants in community corrections,this article divides the participants into three categories:government,society,and home school.Through field investigations and case studies,analyze the status quo and existing problems of the participation of multiple subjects in community corrections in X District of Xiangyang City.The main problems include:lack of serious research on community corrections by the government,insufficient attention to publicity and guidance,overcorrection of inspection and supervision,and investment in personnel Serious insufficiency,insufficient professionalization ability;social participation frequency attitude,formal participation,passive participation method,lack of participation channels;lack of awareness of community corrections in family schools,insufficient energy to participate in corrections,and lack of effective corrections for juvenile corrections Ways,antagonisms are difficult to support,etc.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the participation of multiple subjects in community corrections,including: at the government level,increase the intensity of special assessment of community corrections work,explore the implementation of the "one person with multiple posts,one post with multiple responsibilities" model,and establish and coordinate various social forces At the social level,increase government procurement of services,establish a system for participating in the review of social entities,establish an incentive mechanism for autonomous organizations to participate in,and do a good job in social publicity and guidance;at the level of family schools,Actively mobilize family participation and give full play to the professional advantages of teachers. |
