Research On The Transformation Of Township Government’s Functions Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

For a long time,my country has attached great importance to agricultural development as always,and attached great importance to it,and continued to input human,financial and material support for the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19 th National Congress is a major decision and deployment with a turning point put forward by the Party Central Committee after thorough consideration.The township people’s government directly faces the peasant masses,directly leads the progress of agricultural and rural industries and social development,and plays a major role in promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,there are certain deviations in the performance of various functions of the township government at this stage,which may affect the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy.It is urgent to analyze it deeply and propose countermeasures.This paper mainly uses the case analysis method,the questionnaire survey method and the normative analysis method to analyze the problems and relevant effective countermeasures in depth.First of all,the research status and cited literature at home and abroad are briefly sorted out,and the relevant basic concepts involved in this paper are clearly defined.The in-depth meaning of the theory is explained.Then,based on the research on relevant policies and documents of the rural revitalization strategy,the paper puts forward the needs of the times for rural revitalization on the functions of township governments in the context of the new era.The status quo and existing practical problems,namely: insufficient performance in economic,social management and public services,ecological environmental protection,cultural construction and other functions,and also in-depth analysis of the ideological,environmental,financial,ability,and motivation obstacles that lead to deviations in the performance of duties aspect reasons.Then,combined with the background of the times and related theories,it analyzes the new positioning of the functions of the township government under the background of rural revitalization.Finally,combined with the cause of the deviation,a targeted path for functional optimization is proposed.
