"5W Mode" Perspective Of Acheng District Government Spokesman System Studies

The “5w” model is a classic model in the communication science,which can completely sort out the implementation process of the government spokesman system.There are some problems in the specific implementation process of the city spokesman system,which are not between the local government and the people.It plays a good role in communication.Many factors are hindering the development of the spokesman system in Acheng District.Therefore,this article uses the “5w” model to study the issue of the government spokesman system in Acheng District.From the perspective of the “5w” model,this article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the government spokesperson system in Acheng District.Acheng District established a spokesperson system in 2016 and introduced relevant document guarantee systems in 2013 and 2017 for implementation.,there are many problems during the implementation of the government spokesperson system: the professional level of the spokesperson is not high,the content of the press release is not comprehensive,the press conference is not standardized,the lack of communication with the audience,and the accuracy of the release effect is inaccurate.The main reasons for this are: the non-full-time position setting of the government spokesperson in the Acheng District,problems with the content of news releases,the monopoly of information dissemination by local governments,the singular choice of media for government news releases,and the lack of channels for feedback from the broad audience.The question puts forward countermeasures to improve the spokesperson system in Acheng District: improve the professional level of local government spokespersons,enrich the content of news releases,strengthen the standardization of government press conferences,establish an interaction mechanism with media reporters,and establish effective evaluations Feedback mechanism.Analyzed from the perspective of policy and organization and funding to barrier implementation measures.This article uses the “5w” model to carefully analyze the press spokesman system in Acheng District,and apply the theoretical basis and countermeasures studied to the actual development of the press spokesman system in Acheng District,helping to promote the improvement of the professional level of the Acheng District government spokesperson system.Efforts should be made to strengthen the Acheng District government’s ability to use news governance and manage news circulation,guarantee citizens’ right to access government information,thereby promoting the construction of a good political ecology in Acheng District.
