Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Dalian Metro Public Safety Management

Metro,as an important part of urban public transportation,has not only reduced the traffic congestion on the ground but also eased environmental problems caused by vehicle emissions,which plays a significant role with such limited land in urban cities.Due to the special operation environment of subway,the space is closed and the passenger flow is large,which not only brings convenience to the people,but also experiences great test on its safety.Therefore,the safety of metro system is not only related to people’s lives and wealth but also to the harmony and stability of the whole society.The thesis focuses on the analysis of the metro safety in Dalian and seeks the reasons affecting the public securities of metro system,aiming to improve the governance abilities of metro public securitiesFirst of all,on the basis of literature review at home and abroad,according to the policy basis of crisis management theory,public governance theory,collaborative governance theory and "Dalian rail transit regulations",as well as the practical experience of Shanghai,Changsha and Chengdu Metro,the questionnaire and interview design are carried out to investigate the current situation of public safety management of subway transportation in Dalian.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey on the status quo of public security of Dalian metro traffic and the interview with police,subway station affairs and security personnel,this paper investigates the current situation of public security governance of Dalian metro traffic.The validity and reliability of the questionnaire are tested with SPSS software.Through the analysis of operation,organization and management,personnel management,natural disaster prevention and control,this paper analyzes the current situation of public safety of Dalian metro,and studies the problems and causes of the existing governance mode.On the basis of the above work,from the perspective of subway,government and society,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the governance level of subway public safety,such as strengthening the system management,improving the response measures of large passenger flow,improving the emergency management level,and strengthening the social collaborative governance.This paper starts from the current situation of public safety of Dalian Metro,and finds out the problems that affect the public safety of subway transportation,thinks about the problems and causes from multiple angles and in an all-round way,in order to put forward effective targeted measures and improve the working ability and level of Dalian metro public security management.
