Dalian Metro Public Security Emergency Management Research

With acceleration of Chinese urbanization,urban land resources are becoming increasingly tense.In the face of the increasing public transportation demand of urban residents,subway can effectively solve the needs of residents,and alleviate traffic pressure and reduce vehicle exhaust emissions.As an important part of public transportation,the subway has become the first choice to travel with its fast,punctual and weather-free characteristics.To some extent,the subway has become an important indicator to measure the modernization of a city.At the same time,with the continuous extension of the subway,while carrying a large number of passengers,various subway safety issues are apparent.Due to the need to transport a large number of people in a short time and the narrow operating environment,the specificity and complexity of emergency management was determined.In particular,the sudden occurrence of subways in recent years has seriously threatened the safety of life and property of passengers and the harmony and stability of society.How to effectively deal with emergencies involving subways has become an important basis for testing local government.This paper selects Dalian Metro as the research object,based on the emergency management related theory of emergencies,analyzes the emergencies of subways and the current situation of Dalian subway public security emergency management.Aim at improving and further improving the capacity and level of the emergency management of the Dalian Metro,and provide a strong guarantee for the safe and orderly operation of the Dalian Metro.
