Investigation And Research On The Rural Grass-roots Party Building Of Xihai Street Gaizhou City

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has promoted a comprehensive extension of strict governance of the party to the grassroots level,insisting on politics,strong functions,attacking weak points,making up for weaknesses,and focusing on innovation and seeking practical results.In June 2015,the central government held a national rural grassroots party building work symposium in Zhejiang.This is a special meeting held by the central government on rural party building since 1990.It has made a comprehensive deployment of strengthening the rural grassroots party building work under the new norm of strict governance.Rural grassroots party building has achieved remarkable results after a series of major measures.But we must soberly see that there are still some weak links and outstanding problems in the current rural grassroots party organizations.In order to find out the above-mentioned problems in a targeted manner,this article adopts the method of investigation and research to understand the situation of rural grassroots party building in Xihai Street,Gaizhou City.The research adopts literature research method,questionnaire method and interview method for data collection,and SPSS software for data processing.The survey subjects were selected by random sampling,and finally 227 CCP members and 94 ordinary people were selected from all 9 administrative villages in Xihai Street to conduct a multi-dimensional questionnaire survey.The interviewees were the secretaries of the village party organizations and the first secretaries of the 9 administrative villages.The interview method was one-on-one.Through a series of operations such as summary,statistics and analysis of the survey data,it can be concluded that the rural grass-roots party building in Xihai Street currently has the prominent problems such as low satisfaction of the masses with cultural construction,irrational structure of party members,and insufficient ability of village party organizations to take the lead in becoming rich.problem.There are many and complex reasons for the problems.The following three reasons are summarized from the three levels of individuals,organizations,and localities: one is that some rural party members are not of high quality;the other is that some village party organizations are not very innovative;The objective economic conditions of the region are restricted.Combining the new development concept,this article proposes to strengthen the characteristic construction of rural grassroots party organizations in terms of service,innovation and enrichment from the perspective of management system;from the perspective of talent training,it is proposed to increase ideological education and publicity,strengthen the construction of reserve forces,and establish a sound guarantee Mechanism;from a people-oriented perspective,it is proposed to strengthen the cultivation of the relationship between rural grass-roots party organizations and the masses,to open up new paths with TV media as a platform,to build a new pattern with the construction of positions as the starting point,and to create a new model with the Internet as a carrier.It is hoped that the countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this article can improve the rural grassroots party building work in Xihai Street,and serve as a reference for other rural streets and towns.
