Research On Rehabilitation Service For Rural Disabled In Pulandian District Of Dalian

As a special social group,the disabled group has been widely concerned by all walks of life.Rehabilitation work for the disabled as an important part of helping the disabled to integrate into society,is an important part of the work of the disabled.Doing a good job in the rehabilitation of the disabled can effectively make up for the physical and social functional defects of the disabled,improve the quality of life of the disabled themselves and their families,help to build a well-off society in an all-round way,and is of great significance to poverty alleviation.In this paper,the status of rehabilitation services for the rural disabled in Pulandian District of Dalian city is taken as the research object,based on the data reflected by the dynamic update of the basic service status and demand information of the disabled in the whole region in 2019,combined with the current survey data,we have a certain understanding of the rehabilitation service status of the rural disabled in Pulandian district.Through the conclusion of the data analysis,in-depth interviews with all kinds of rural disabled people or their families,street and community staff in Pulandian district are conducted to understand the understanding of the disabled groups on rehabilitation and more intuitively understand the inadequacy of the rehabilitation work of rural disabled people in Pulandian district.Through data analysis and in-depth interviews,it is concluded that due to the immaturity of rural rehabilitation service system,limited funds,inadequate basic security for grassroots staff,and personal,family and social reasons,the rehabilitation service network for the disabled in rural areas of Pulandian district is not perfect,and the employment,education and medical care for the disabled are not perfect The rehabilitation service is not optimistic,and the psychological support system for the disabled is lack.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the rehabilitation status of rural disabled people in Pulandian District: first,improve the rehabilitation service system of rural disabled people in Pulandian district;second,broaden the financing channels and strengthen the financial security;third,strengthen the security of grass-roots staff;fourth,integrate personal,family and social resources.
