| Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important part of building a beautiful China,and rural habitat environment governance is an important part of rural revitalization strategy.Ecology as a unique advantage of rural development,to achieve ecological livability is the key to rural revitalization.Therefore,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy plays an important guiding role in promoting the overall management of the system of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasslands,accelerating the implementation of the rural organic green sustainable development mode,and promoting the renovation of rural human settlements environment,its implementation can promote the construction of a new pattern of rural development in which man and nature coexist harmoniously.But in our country,the present situation of rural human settlements environment prompt us to take the effective measure to carry on the management improvement urgently."strengthening the renovation of rural human settlements" is an important work in the strategy of rural revitalization,which promotes the ecological construction of villages and towns to move forward in a clearer direction,and provides a broad idea and direction for rural human settlements environmental governance.To realize beautiful China,it is necessary to realize one beautiful village after another.The key point of building a beautiful village is to improve the rural human settlement environment.Therefore,rural revitalization strategy and rural ecological environment of human settlements governance needs to be carried out simultaneously.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly in the rural revitalization strategy,study the significance of rural habitat environment governance and clear objectives to achieve,this paper analyzes theoretically the connotation and significance of the human settlement environment,the rural human settlement environment and the rural revitalization strategy,and expounds the train of thought and the main methods adopted for the study,and pointed out in this paper compared with other related papers unique,the domestic and foreign research on rural human settlements environment governance were analyzed and summarized.The second part is the definition of related concepts and the analysis of basic concepts,which defines the concepts of human settlements environment,rural human settlements environment and rural human settlements environment governance,it is pointed out that the guiding ideology of Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance in China is sustainable development,people-oriented and overall planning of urban and rural areas.The third part first introduces the basic regional situation of x town in s county,Jiangxi Province,explains the reasons for taking this place as an example,and analyzes the current situation of the town’s rural human settlement environment governance,focus on sorting out the x town of rural human settlements environmental governance measures and achievements.The fourth part mainly summarizes the main problems existing in the governance of rural human settlement environment in x town of s county,Jiangxi Province,and summarizes the data by questionnaire survey,and from the perspectives of villagers,the government and society,we will explore the main causes of the problems,including the villagers in the protection of rural human settlements environment there are still weak awareness of the phenomenon,rural infrastructure construction is still lagging behind because of cities and towns,rural civilization construction level needs to be improved.The fifth part analyzes the causes of the problems in the governance of x town in s county,Jiangxi Province,on the basis of sorting out the governance of the rural human settlement environment,and from the improvement of infrastructure,increase capital investment,speed up the construction of rural civilization and other aspects of countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.Hope to provide a reference basis for its governance.The sixth part is the research conclusion and the research prospect,which indicates that it is not easy to show the whole picture of the rural human settlement environment governance in one paper,on the basis of the study,we should combine with the local reality,so as to put forward practical solutions,and provide some references for the study of Rural Human Settlements Environment Governance in China. |
