With the development of society,human life is also increasing,so the aging of the population is a problem we must face at present,this problem also needs to be solved urgently.The implementation of "time bank" mutual pension mode can relieve the pension pressure to a certain extent,improve the old-age service security level of the elderly.This paper is mainly based on the exploration of the "time bank" mutual pension mode,to promote this mode can be widely operated in a certain region,even in a country,so that the "time bank" mutual pension mode in our actual life,can play a very good role in promoting.At the same time,let the future needs of the elderly young people and healthy young people,can spare time to actively participate in this volunteer service activities.Papers in Nanchang city east lake area "the time bank" mutual endowment as the main research object,mainly adopts questionnaire and interview method,related to investigation and study,summarize the problems existing in the mutual aid in its operation model and deficiencies are: mass awareness needs to be improved,"automatic" or difficult to achieve,to enrich service content,security system remains to be perfect;The main reasons are that the government propaganda scope is not wide enough,the intensity of professional training is not strong enough,the channel of fund raising is relatively single,and the young people’s participation is low.Therefore,the author puts forward some countermeasures,such as adhering to the leading role of the government,improving laws and regulations,strengthening professional knowledge training,improving service quality,strengthening traditional culture publicity,improving public awareness,broadening the source of capital injection,increasing support,expanding the volunteer service team,and promoting sustainable development.
