An Empirical Study Which Is About The Influence Of Time Bank Pension Model On The Positive Aging

With the decline in fertility and the improvement of human life expectancy,the world is facing the arrival of an aging society.In the context of traditional culture and the environment,there are still people who are influenced by divorce theory and old age discrimination.They think that the elderly are a special group that is isolated,taken care and controlled.Few scholars have done in-depth research on the potential development and growth of the elderly.At present,China's pension model is mainly three kinds: social pension,community pension and family pension.Under the one-child policy,the increase in the number of single-child families led to the plight of most families facing a couple to support up to four elderly people,Which makes the traditional " having children against age" has been unable to meet the actual needs of the elderly today.The problem of the elderly is not only to improve the living and health of the elderly,but gradually to improve the elderly to participate in the interactive will,tap the potential of the elderly and realize the self-demand of the elderly.Time Bank is based on the actual needs of the elderly,so that they take the initiative to provide services.Time Bank is a community-based new reciprocal pension model.Time Bank has launched a number of pilot sites in China.So,the extent to which the time banks have a positive effect on the elderly,has become important question at the moment.This study contains five parts: Part1 introduces the research background and purpose of this paper,and defines the basic concepts.In addition,this chapter also briefly describes the basic ideas,methods and innovations of this study.We eview the literature and experience related to the theory of active aging.Part 2 laborates the related concepts of the time bank and the effect on the old age.Part 3 ntroduces the M district time bank model and its basic situation in Guangzhou.In the Part 4,taking the Time Bank of Guangzhou M district as an example,this paper analyzes the effect of time bank on the positive aging effect through the empirical research method of questionnaire.Part 5 conclusions and recommendations.Based on the positive aging,this study explores the impact of time banks on the positive aging from the three basic dimensions of "self,social participation and interpersonal relationship" through empirical research.In order to solve the problem that the coverage of time bank is too small,lack of propaganda training,insufficient protection of the rights and interests of the service providers and the lack of resources,the author puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions,which are: to expand the time bank membership team,to integrate and expand the community service resources;Improve the system construction and internal management,to achieve information interoperability;to develop a sound service measurement standards and solve the problem of time exchange;the introduction of relevant policies,legislation to protect the interests of service providers,improve the credibility of time banks.
