The Study Of Strategies Of Social Work Participating In Community Governance

In recent years,the conflicts and disputes between proprietors and property management have entered into the public view.The need for shifting from single-subject governance to multi-subject governance in community has been taken into account and people are committed to exploring possible paths and strategies.The proprietors of X District have a strong desire to set up committee of proprietors and are taking concerted action for this purpose.However,in the course of action,due to the different positions of the owner and the property,it is easy to have contradictions and conflicts.The preparation process of the committee of proprietors is the concentrated outbreak period of the contradiction between the proprietors and the property.X Community Property Company not only refused to cooperate with the establishment of the committee of proprietors,but even tried to obstruct it.Under the macro environment where the government advocates and promotes the establishment of the committee of proprietors,it is necessary for social work to participate in the establishment of the committee of proprietors and take part in community governance.This paper takes the X community in Nanchang City as the research field,the preparation process of the committee of proprietors of the X community as the research period,and conducts this research based on the governance status of the X community.First,analyze the main bodies during the preparation process of the committee of proprietors such as property companies,community residents committees,and proprietors,and understand the attitude of various subjects towards the establishment of community pluralistic governance,i.e.the committee of proprietors.Second,explore the problems encountered by proprietors in the process of participating in the establishment of the proprietors’ committee: Proprietors are not engaged actively;It is difficult for owners to form a consensus;Property company obstructs the preparation;"Dislocation" of community neighborhood committees,etc.,and then analyze the causes of these problems in depth.Third,put forward the corresponding strategy to solve the problem under the guidance of social work professional methods and empowerment theory.The specific strategy are: Adopt integrated community social work methods to carry out community publicity activities and mobilize proprietors to participate in the initiative;Organize proprietors training activities to improve proprietors’ participation ability;Cultivate community opinion leaders to promote collective action of proprietors;Coordinate the relationship between the main body of the community,and ease the contradictions between proprietors,property companies and community neighborhood committees.Finally,the study reflects on the practice of social work participating in community governance.It is of great significance for social work to participate in community governance.It is necessary and feasible for social workers to make use of the integrated community development model,formulate a series of community activities and plans,participate in the preparation process of the community owner committee,and promote the formation of a pluralistic governance structure in the community,so as to achieve good governance in the community.
