Research On The Construction Of Smart Government Under The Background Of Service-oriented Government

In recent years,the development of information technology has been increasing day by day,and it has been pushed forward and influx continuously.From smart earth to smart city to smart government,"Wisdom" has been integrated into our society and life is full of "wisdom".In the work report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the general secretary clearly proposed the "smart society" for the first time.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee emphasized that the construction of the "Digital China" must be persistent;It is required to change government functions and strengthen the construction of digital government.With the advancement of information and science and technology,building a smart government is becoming more and more important.Smart government can not only provide the people with comprehensive and efficient government services,but also can better promote economic growth and social development,and promote the modernization of the government’s perfect governance system and governance capabilities.In the context of building a "service-oriented government",the inevitable choice for building a "service-oriented government" is building a "smart government."
