Research On Government Economic Public Service Under The Background Of Smart City Construction

With the development of new information technologies such as Internet of Things,big data and cloud computing,local governments keep pace with the times and explore the construction of smart cities.Smart city construction involves many industries and fields.Smart government requires government management and services to be more intelligent,convenient,scientific,and efficient.At present,China’s development has entered a new normal,and the traditional public services provided by the government can no longer fully meet the people’s growing needs for a better life in the new era.In the construction of smart cities,"Internet+government services" developed with the help of Internet of Things,big data and cloud computing has become a new format for the government to provide public services.As an important part of government public services,economic public services bring great convenience to people’s production and life,and are of great significance to maintaining the healthy development of economy and social stability and unity.Under the background of new era development,government economic public services should be re-recognized and defined.At present,China is in a critical period of reform,and optimizing the government’s economic co-service is an important part of the political reform of the administrative system,and it is also the necessary principle for building a smart city and a smart government.Smart city construction and government economic public services complement each other.Government economic public service is an important part of smart city construction.On the one hand,the construction of smart city promotes the interconnection and intelligent development of government economic public service;on the other hand,the promotion of government economic public service further promotes the construction and development of smart city.In order to explore the development of government economic public services in smart city construction,this paper takes J city as an example,and makes an in-depth analysis of the specific situation of government economic public services in smart city construction in J city based on consulting many documents,interviewing the staff of government departments and the masses.At present,J City actively promotes the government’s economic public services in the construction of smart cities,and has achieved remarkable results in policy system,infrastructure construction,digital development and intensive construction of government economic public services;However,there are still some problems in J city,such as insufficient optimization of service process,inadequate of infrastructure,risks of service data security,lack of service technical talents,low participation of the masses,etc.The author analyzes the main reasons,and finds that they are lack of systematic and perfect policies and regulations,unbalanced construction of intelligent infrastructure,imperfect innovation,imperfect information security and the influence of negative traditional ideas.Therefore,combined with the actual development of J City,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects:strengthening policies and system construction,perfecting infrastructure construction,innovating talent cultivation mechanism,ensuring information security and encouraging public participation,to provide decision support for further improving the economic public services of J city government.
