Research On Grid Social Governance Of Qinglong Street In Changzhou City

Since the reform and opening up,huge social changes have brought unprecedented challenges to grassroots social management.The traditional social management system has exposed many problems in management concepts,definitions of responsibilities,and operating mechanisms.The organic integration of grid technology and social governance practices is a useful exploration for the grassroots government to creatively implement the requirements of the Party Central Committee on improving the social governance system and governance capabilities.The grid-based social governance model gives full play to the technical advantages of grids,through reforming the organizational structure,improving the service process,and actively mobilizing residents,social organizations and other diverse forces to participate in social governance,effectively realizing the refinement of management and the precision of services.Based on a review of domestic and foreign literature on grid-based social governance,this article focuses on explaining the core concepts involved in grid-based social governance,such as grid and social governance,and uses governance theories and fine-grained governance related to grid-based social governance.Based on the research and analysis of grid-based social governance in Qinglong Street,Changzhou City,based on the theory of grid-based management,the actual progress of grid-based social governance has been systematically sorted out by means of on-site investigation and research,and the implementation of refined management in grid-based social governance has been refined.Innovative practices in areas such as precise services and assistance to residents’ autonomy have found that in the specific practice of the grid social governance of Qinglong Street,there are insufficient leadership and leadership in party building,the absence of coordinated governance of multiple subjects,the difficulty of department-centric work and grid integration,Problems such as poor operation mechanism and the incompatibility of the quality of the grid staff with the grid requirements.In order to further improve the grid-based social governance model,continuous innovation and exploration at the grassroots level is required: to improve the grid-based social governance path with the participation of multiple subjects,strengthen the party’s overall leadership,improve public participation channels,and expand the path of social coordination;it is necessary to form a complete resource element It is necessary to strengthen the grid,team,and platform construction for the grid-based social governance of the country;it is necessary to improve the scientific and long-term grid-based social governance mechanism,clarify the boundaries of responsibilities,promote democratic consultation,and strengthen the guarantee of the rule of law.
