During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,as the province with the largest scale of relocation and the largest number of people in China,Guizhou has fully completed the relocation task of 1.92 million people.At present,the problem of "relocation" has been resolved,and "stable stability,development,and prosperity" have become a follow-up The main task of support is to ensure that the income of farmers in the resettlement area increases is an important goal of the follow-up support for the relocation of the poor.The No.1 Central Document of 2020 attaches great importance to consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and the effective connection of rural revitalization.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of Guizhou’s relocation of poverty alleviation and resettlement on the increase of farmers’ income by relying on the development of different industries.In the first and second chapters,this article reviews and analyzes the literature and expounds the research ideas and methods of the article,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research.Chapters 3 and 4 are based on the perspective of different industries in Guizhou’s relocation resettlement areas for poverty alleviation,and select three resettlement models in Xiuwen County,relying on characteristic agriculture,Qixingguan District,relying on industrial parks,and Qinglong County,relying on tourism resources,as the research direction,combined with field investigations The data respectively analyzed the income of farmers under the three resettlement modes,and concluded that the factors restricting the growth of farmers’ income in the development of the kiwifruit industry in Xiuwen County:weak planting technology and self-development ability;incomplete benefit linkage mechanism,which is not conducive to farmers’ income;brand The scope of benefit radiation is small,and farmers’ participation is low.The factors restricting farmers’ income in the development of Qixingguan Industrial Park include: low professional level of farmers and a small range of career choices;unstable market environment restricts farmers’ income growth;the construction of the park is at the initial stage,and the benefits of industrial agglomeration are insufficient.In the development of Ameiqituo Township in Qinglong County,the factors restricting farmers’ incomes include: imperfect infrastructure and weak ability to drive farmers’ income;lack of standardized management and homogenous business methods;single publicity methods and lack of reputation and influence;industry Unsound planning and unstable income of farmers.Therefore,Chapter 5 puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for industrial development and farmers’ income under different resettlement modes:1.Improve farmers’ professional quality and self-development ability;build interest linkage mechanism to protect farmers’ legal rights and interests;build brand benefits based on characteristic industries,Increase farmers’ participation.2.Promote the transformation of the workforce and strengthen employment skills training;continue to optimize the market environment to help farmers increase their incomes and become rich;strengthen support and attract enterprises to settle in.3.Strengthen infrastructure construction,enhance the ability to drive farmers’ income;standardize operation and management,highlight service characteristics;promote multi-channel publicity and marketing,and enhance the reputation of scenic spots;deploy strategic industrial planning to cultivate new drivers of farmers’ income. |
