Digital information technology has penetrated into many fields of social life,is a profound influence on people’s life style,thus promote the formation of digital life,digital and ageing populations become the two important process of Chinese society today,with the development of digitalization and the aging of the population,more and more old people encounter in life "number",In order to help the old people to adapt to the digital life,the domestic various localities and departments gradually lists the concrete implementation plan,the implementation of these schemes in urban areas is succeeding,but the life of the elderly in rural areas because of living areas,economic conditions,factors such as limit difficult to reach,fail to enjoy the digital dividend intelligent technology development,compared with the urban elderly,The elderly in rural areas have disadvantages in terms of their own conditions,resource elements and so on.Therefore,they have become a marginalized group in the development of digital life.Help the rural elderly people into the digital life,can not only help improve the rural elderly people identity,and is helpful for the improvement of the rural elderly people’s way of life,there is conducive to the improvement of life quality,so the research on rural digital life in the elderly is a both theoretical value and practical significance of research topic,also have important significance to rural areas to promote active aging.In this study to the existing literature on the basis of systematic,combined with relevant theory and the reality of rural life to adapt the rural elderly people’s digital life into "Internet use" operation,and further puts forward the constitute the rural elderly,domain digital life environment,capabilities,and support the four dimensions of analysis framework.At the same time,combined with the questionnaire survey and interview data of the rural elderly aged 60 and above in several villages of Huaiyang District,Zhoukou City,Henan Province,this paper analyzes the current situation and support mechanism of digital life adaptation.Study found that,along with the popularization of the Internet in rural areas,rural large changes have taken place in the elderly living space,to optimize the network environment,the expanded social interaction,the increasingly rich leisure life,and the intelligence services,health care,shopping consumption,transportation,entertainment and leisure five areas will face more and more digital operation.The current situation of the rural elderly’s digital life adaptation is as follows:Cell phone use is given priority to with the old machine,the use of smartphones entertainment,smartphone master degree is not high and the use of smart phones will not high,further analyzes the rural elderly people and use the method of correlation analysis of the influence of different type basic conditions for the use of mobile phones,and on this basis to the rural elderly people to adapt to the type of digital life.Combined with interviews,found that the current rural elderly support of digital life adaptation mechanism mainly comes from government,society,community and family four kind of main body,each played a function but have not formed system together,leading to the rural elderly people in the process of digital life adaptation will not high,the lack of support,the plight of ability is not strong,friendly environment.On this basis,this study gives the basic life safeguard,optimization of intelligent service,strengthen the support of digital training and strict regulatory network train of thought,advocated to respect individual apiration,Shared in a fair,adjust measures to local conditions as the basic principle,improve the rural elderly to digital life yearning,to strengthen the digital life to adapt to the upward force,improve the ability of the use of smart devices,To improve the environment of digital life,and combined with the countermeasure put forward the concrete practice path.
