Research On The Response Strategy Of Public Security Organs' Network Public Opinion Crisis

With the social,economic and cultural progress and the rapid development of Internet technology,the number of Internet users in China has increased year by year,and has become the largest number of Internet users in the world.Especially in recent years,the wide spread of 4G mobile communication technology has brought the vigorous development of self-Media and the emergence of new media forms.The network has become an important channel for citizens to express their will and communicate their feelings,and plays a decisive role in public opinion governance.As a department with dual functions of State Administration and criminal investigation,public security organs will inevitably have friction with the public in the process of police work,which will lead to public discontent and spread through the Internet,and then trigger the crisis of network public opinion.Especially at present,our society has come to the deep-water area of reform and opening up.Various complex social contradictions are intertwined,and the frequency of police-related network public opinion crisis remains high.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research results of the crisis management of police-related public opinion at home and abroad.On this basis,through the analysis of four cases of public security organs' network public opinion crisis disposal,it puts forward the problems existing in the current public security organs' network public opinion crisis disposal work and discusses the causes of the problems from the practical,theoretical and institutional perspectives.Finally,it puts forward the following points: On the basis of the exposition,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for public security organs to deal with the crisis of network public opinion.This paper focuses on the Countermeasures of public security organs to deal with the crisis.According to the general development cycle of network public opinion crisis,it puts forward the full-cycle strategies of crisis response from four aspects: prevention and early warning strategy,macro-response strategy,actual combat response strategy and crisis recovery strategy.The purpose is to provide effective theoretical support for public security organs in dealing with network public opinion crisis.
