Optimization Of Response Mechanism Of Wenzhou Public Security Organs To Police Related Network Public Opinion

The development of social economy promotes the diversification of social forms,especially in the process of social and economic development,when the distribution of interests among different social strata is unbalanced,social contradictions become increasingly prominent.When people face the social "unfair" phenomenon,they often combine their own feelings to produce a strong sense of substitution,and then burst into anger.When these accumulated indignation and interest demands are not well expressed in the real society,they will be expressed in a more liberal network.The development and popularization of the Internet,on the one hand,promotes the diversified development of the media(especially we media).The media can gain stronger "appeal" in the network by virtue of the "strong interaction" advantage of the network;on the other hand,it also enables the public to express their views,emotions and interests more freely and conveniently.The development and popularization of the Internet has broken the limitation of "one-way guidance" of traditional media.Under the traditional media mode,the public "can’t speak",but in the Internet environment,the public can "speak freely".On the one hand,it promotes the development of "freedom of speech",but on the other hand,the views and emotions of "good and bad" will also bring challenges to social stability.Especially,if some opinions with "common aspirations" are not handled properly,they will easily lead to "network group incidents".Under the background of "Internet plus",the crisis management of Internet public opinion involving police is an important content of comprehensive administration of social security and public crisis by public security organs.Due to the characteristics of network information,such as fast transmission,strong interactivity and immediacy,personalization and diversification,the situation will become more complex when the public opinions related to the police are combined with the network media.Once handled improperly,it will lead to serious "mass incidents".Therefore,the proper handling of police related network public opinion plays an important role in maintaining the credibility and authority of public securityorgans.In this paper,Wenzhou Public Security Organs in Zhejiang Province police network public opinion response mechanism optimization as the research topic,through the collection of Wenzhou City public security organs social governance as the research sample,Wenzhou City police network public opinion crisis management theoretical analysis and practical discussion,from which found and summarized the existence of the lack of attention to guide the disposal work,the linkage mechanism defects of various departments,propaganda team Based on the analysis of the above problems,it is found that the fundamental reasons are the backward concept of public opinion management and control,the imperfect management mechanism,the insufficient ability of public security organs and the extensive guidance of network citizens.Then,it analyzes and draws lessons from the excellent public security organs in other areas of China,and finally puts forward suggestions to optimize the response mechanism of Wenzhou public security organs on police network public opinion,including three aspects: optimization of public opinion response prevention mechanism,improvement of design and response level of public opinion,and optimization of public opinion camp recovery mechanism.
