Research On Public Security Governance Of New Urbanization Process In Tianjin

The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China has clearly outlined the timetable and roadmap for building China into a modern socialist country that is prosperous,strong,democratic,culturally advanced,harmonious and beautiful by the year 2049.This is the call to lead China forward and the goal of the people of all ethnic groups in China.The new urbanization construction is the only way to realize the modernization of China.In recent years,with the continuous progress of urbanization,urban development has ushered in new opportunities,while urban social security governance has also been exposed to new problems.This requires us to study and analyze it carefully and propose effective measures to provide necessary theoretical support for the smooth promotion of new urbanization in China.Firstly,this thesis reviews the concepts and related theories of urbanization and social security governance.Secondly,combining with the present situation of the new type of urbanization development in our country,it analyzes the characteristics and problems in the process of urbanization of Tianjin,points out that the existing in the current city public security governance system linkage,collaboration,slow reaction mechanism lag,public security prevention and control system has defects,whole society participation is low,the main problems such as the slow process of information integration.In view of the above problems,this thesis analyzes the reasons from both inside and outside,and concludes that the factors affecting urban security governance are related to Tianjin’s location characteristics,international influence,global counter-terrorism situation,industrial transformation and upgrading,the widening gap between the rich and the poor,and the rapid development of new things.Finally,this thesis from exploring the mechanism of social public security management system construction of Tianjin’s perspective,put forward to promote the development of integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region coordinated development strategy,establishing the mechanism of community policing,explore new mode of online investigation,to set up the early warning and control system for public security,public security prevention and control is focused on "control" and other five kinds of schemes,and design a feasible guidance to the above scheme.
