Research On Rural Social Security In The Process Of Urbanization

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization,rural areas are confronted with unprecedented opportunities for development.Great changes have taken place in rural economy and society.At the same time,a series of new situations and problems have emerged in rural social security,rural public security and social stability face many new challenges.In the context of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,in-depth research on rural public security issues in the process of urbanization is of great theoretical value and practical significance for solving social security problems,maintaining rural social stability,and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and poverty alleviation.In this paper,the basic concepts of urbanization,rural areas and social order are summarized by means of literature research.I choose M town in Z county as the sample to collect and master the first-hand information through field investigation and questionnaire survey.It summarizes six prominent problems in the rural social security in the process of urbanization,such as theft and fraud,fighting and fighting.Then from the economic,social,cultural,institutional and other aspects of in-depth analysis of the urbanization process affects the rural social security of the important factors.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from six aspects: strengthening comprehensive governance,building the prevention and control system of public security,advancing the reform of police,strengthening the construction of grassroots organizations,strengthening the training of farmers education and the construction of rural spiritual civilization.This paper argues that to solve in the process of the urbanization of the rural social security problems,must insist on and develop the new age " experience of Fengqiao",integrate special,systematic,comprehensive,law-based and source control efforts,continuously improve the party committee leadership,government leading,nongovernmental support and public participation,the legal safeguard system of social governance.The rural social security comprehensive management to fully rely on and the masses of the people,pay more attention to management and work together to share,scientific use of political,cultural,the rule of law and economic means,fully mobilize the strength of the government,the judiciary,enterprises,society and individuals,carry out multiple resolve contradiction dispute,establish a three-dimensional,informationization of public security prevention and control system,early warning and forecast of constantly improve prevention ability,for the smooth advance of urbanization and rural smooth implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating,create a harmonious and stable social environment.
