The discipline of Children organization and ideological education aims at exploring the development and organizational construction of children’s ideological and ideological development,and cultivating specialized research and practical guidance talents in the field of young Pioneers(mainly young pioneers’ counselors).Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei joint development,the exchanges and cooperation among disciplines in regional universities have been paid more and more attention,Children’s organization and ideology education as a new discipline to seize the opportunity of development in the new period,has a far-reaching impact on the sustainable development of discipline.This paper takes "discipline community" as the research theme,the research object is four universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei which have set up the second-level discipline of children organization and ideological education under the first-level discipline of pedagogy,and the main purpose is to solve the limitation of the single development of children’s organization and ideological education and promote sustainable development of the new discipline,based on the objective situation of discipline construction in the four universities and the subjective willingness of teachers and students to participate in the discipline community construction,and then this paper explores the path that is suitable for the coordinated development of the discipline of youth organization and ideological education in the universities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This study is divided into four parts.The first part expounds the background and research significance of the construction of the community of children organization and ideological education in the universities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and use the literature method to review the domestic and foreign related research,defines and analyzes the related concepts of the discipline community construction,and thus summarized the research ideas of this paper.The second part uses questionnaire survey and interviewing method to investigate the foundation of discipline community construction from both objective and subjective aspects,In the objective aspect,the present situation of discipline construction is investigated and analyzed from five aspects: faculty,personnel training,scientific research,social service,and the past educational cooperation between universities,In the subjective aspect,this paper explores the willingness of teachers and students in the four universities to participate in the construction of discipline community.In the third part,based on the analysis of the current situation of discipline construction in four universities and the willingness of teachers and students to cooperate,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external opportunities and challenges of building a discipline community.In the fourth part,based on the investigation and analysis above,puts forward the development strategy for the construction of discipline community from three aspects: cultivating high-quality discipline community units,constructing diversified discipline community models,and creating a good discipline community construction environment.
