Abstract/Summary:
The discipline of Ideological and Political Education has won widespread concern since it became a secondary discipline of the Marxist Theory in 2005. But due to the short time and lack of relevant experience, its study is still in the initial stage. As the organic part of the nationwide discipline construction, the systematic study of the Ideological and Political Education in Heilongjiang carries magnificent significance to the sustainable development of the discipline.This thesis selects some universities with the discipline of Ideological and Political Education in Heilongjiang Province as object of study. At first, it introduces the background and significance, its study at home and aboard, the train of thought, the creative points and the study methods. With the above as the basis, it systematically explains the basic theories for the discipline construction of Ideological and Political Education. Then it deeply analyzes the status quo and the problems of its construction in Heilongjiang Province from five aspects as discipline distribution, academic team, personnel training, scientific research and academic environment. Finally, it puts forward some solutions:to optimize the structural layout, to strength the scientific management:of academic team, to improve the system of personnel training, to elevate the overall level of scientific study and to enhance the ability of adapting to the academic enjoinment.
