Abstract/Summary:
From the perspective of talent cultivation,this paper sorts out the construction process of the discipline and believes that the different stages of discipline construction differ in the goal of talent cultivation.Based on this,this paper starts with the two dimensions of subject connotation and subject nature to further clarify the goal of talent cultivation in this discipline,and analyzes the basic characteristics and basic content of talent cultivation in this discipline,and discusses the important relationship between the talents cultivation of the Young Pioneers career and the discipline construction of Children’s Organizations and Ideological Consciousness Education.At the same time,through data analysis and interview survey,this paper believes that although the talent cultivation work of this discipline has made some achievements in the postgraduate education and cultivation mode,there are still some problems,including enrollment,curriculum teaching,postgraduate research level and postgraduate employment,and the analysis of the causes of these problems is mainly carried out in five aspects,including enrollment,cultivation programs,academic environment,individual and employment.According to the analysis of the above five reasons,this paper proposes corresponding improvement measures for the cultivation of talents in this discipline.Firstly,in terms of enrollment,establishing the concept of “pay attention to the quality and guarantee the number” and expanding the channels and methods of publicity;Secondly,in the terms of the cultivation program,considering rationally setting the research direction of the discipline and optimizing the curriculum,innovating the cultivation method and strengthening the mid-term assessment;Thirdly,in the terms of academic environment,creating a good academic atmosphere in the school,and establishing an open academic exchange platform outside the school;Fourth,in the terms of the individual,considering strengthening the self-education of graduate students and establishing a positive academic attitude;Lastly,in the terms of the employment,providing specialized and effective employment guidance,and improving relevant employment policies through the cooperation of the departments.
