As the second most populous country in the world,China has a large number of elderly people.According to the latest data of the Ministry of civil affairs,during the "14th five year plan" period,China’s elderly population will exceed 300 million(2),and aging,empty nest and fewer children will become a new trend.At the same time,the corresponding pension problems began to highlight,such as difficult to change the concept of pension,lack of supporting pension service facilities,lack of professional pension service personnel,family pension pressure and so on.The party and the state attach great importance to the comprehensive planning of the "14th five year plan",which has raised the active response to the aging of population to the height of national strategy.The concepts of "silver economy","suitable aging","smart pension" and "aging industry" have also become new Internet buzzwords.With the rapid development of Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other information technologies,intelligent services have gradually penetrated into all areas of society.As a product of the intelligent era,the intelligent accompanying robot for the elderly has unlimited potential for future development,which has great practical significance for improving the quality of elderly care,driving the development of elderly industry,and promoting the establishment of "intelligent elderly care" mode.This paper takes the elderly intelligent accompanying robot as the research object,with the help of Taobao e-commerce platform and python software crawler technology,crawls the comment data of 16674 accompanying robots and 24288 nursing robots.On this basis,it studies the development status of elderly accompanying robot products,and understands the advantages and disadvantages of the products as well as the current needs of the elderly.First,the Tensor Flow Library of Python software is used to complete the training set and data classification of the convolution neural network(CNN)model.The 4 data sets of the elderly care robot,the bad evaluation set and the accompanying robot are obtained.Then,based on vector space model(VSM),the text is represented by TF-IDF and CLSVSM,and input to K_Means model for text clustering.Finally,based on the latent Dirichlet assignment(LDA)topic model,five topics of each dataset are selected for in-depth analysis.According to the text clustering analysis and theme in-depth mining,the development status of accompanying robot products is obtained.Among them,the advantages of the nursing robot products are suitable for the elderly,convenient for family support,and help to reduce the burden,while the disadvantages are the uneven quality,the corresponding functional accessories are not perfect,the design does not conform to the elderly body structure,single function.The advantages of human products are exquisite appearance design,suitable for the elderly,simple and easy to use,while the disadvantages are that the products are mixed,the basic functions are defective,the machine performance is low,the built-in software charges are not standardized,the function utilization rate is low,and there is no brand effect.Based on the current situation of the products of the accompanying robot,based on the elderly’s needs for the elderly,the paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the manufacturers,e-commerce platforms and the government on the future development of the elderly care robot,which helps to actively respond to the national strategy of aging,the development of the Silver development economy,the solution of the "data gap" problem of the elderly,and the promotion of the new mode of "smart pension".
