| According to statistics,by 2019,the number of elderly population in China has reached190 million,accounting for 22.9% of the world.Compared with that in 2018(152 million),the number of elderly population has increased by 8 million,and the pressure of providing for the aged is further increased.However,with the continuous development of society,the change of family structure and the gradual weakening of family pension function mean that the important task of providing for the aged gradually transits from family based to shared responsibility of society,community and family.This paper has a certain understanding of the development of smart pension at this stage by consulting the research on smart pension at home and abroad as well as some policies issued by local governments.Then,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,through questionnaire survey and interview,the needs of the elderly in X community of H city are evaluated to understand the actual needs of the elderly and their feelings when participating in the community intelligent pension,and to understand the diversity of the needs of the elderly and the inadequacy of the smart pension work in X community.Then the group work is carried out based on the theory of energy enhancement.Through the needs assessment and result evaluation,the following problems exist in the work of smart pension in X community:firstly,the smart pension work in X community lacks management mechanism,and the assessment criteria are lack of pertinence and scientificity;secondly,the smart pension products are lack of diversity,which is difficult to meet the diversity needs of the elderly;thirdly,the smart pension lacks professionals and the treatment of nursing staff Fourth,the education level of the elderly is not high,and there are obstacles in practice;Fifthly,social workers are in a dilemma when they are involved in smart pension.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward the following targeted measures based on the perspective of social workers:First,strengthen the top-level design,improve the smart pension policy;second,social workers should continue to learn,enhance their own quality;third,strengthen the privacy protection of the elderly,strengthen legislation;fourth,build a professional team of smart pension professionals;fifth,establish a hierarchical supply system of pension services. |
