Research On Rural Public Service Supply Of Township Government In Wuchuan County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In 2020,the institutional framework and policy system of Rural Revitalization have been basically formed.In the strategic planning of rural revitalization,it is required to "continue to focus on the development of national social undertakings in rural areas,and promote public education,health care,social security and other resources to rural areas".Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the supply of rural public services will be the key work of township governments.Township government is an important node to contact the country and rural areas,responsible for organizing the implementation of rural public service projects,providing public products,and ensuring the orderly promotion of public services.However,there are some problems in rural public service,such as insufficient supply,unbalanced supply and insufficient supply.In the final analysis,it is because of the township government’s dereliction of duty in the supply of rural public services.According to the above,through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,combined with the author’s own work experience and domestic advanced cases,from the perspective of rural public service supply of township government in Wuchuan County,this paper systematically analyzes the problems in the supply of rural public service of township government and the causes of the problems,and seeks the corresponding countermeasures according to the reasons.Through the research and analysis,it is found that the problems of rural public service supply of Wuchuan County township government are: the concept deviation of rural public service supply of township government,the imperfect decision-making mechanism,the lack of diversified supply subjects,the shortage of funds,the lack of talents,the imbalance of supply structure and so on.The reasons for these problems are the unsuccessful transformation of township government functions,the imperfect decision-making mechanism,the lack of corresponding personnel training and the unclear understanding of service objects.In view of these problems,I think we should change the government function,improve the public service ability of township government,strengthen the training of talents,strengthen the team construction,clarify the object of supply,and focus on serving the "three rural areas".
