Since the reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in our rural society,the central committee of the communist party of China has issued a number of documents on agriculture,rural areas and farmers,meet the farmers’ demand for a better life,the balanced level of public services between urban and rural areas is the key to comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization,it is also an important way for all to share the fruits of development.How to solve the problems in the supply of rural public services has become a must in the course of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.In the rural public service supply related literature review,the public service,rural public services and other concepts and the new public service theory on the basis of the overview,through literature analysis and interview survey,the paper briefly expounds the status quo of rural public service supply in H town,the problem of rural public service supply in H town was found,such as the main body of rural public service supply is single,the content of rural public service supply lacks pertinence,a shortage of special funds for the supply of rural public services,the service level of rural public service personnel is not high,from traditional supply concept still did not change,the content of the rural public service supply decision-making mechanism is not scientific,the H town government is short of money,rural public service team construction,rural public service supply inspection supervision mechanism is not sound targeted in H town in five aspects analysis of the causes of problems existed in rural public service supply,based on the analysis of the present situation,problems and causes of rural public service supply in H town of Huludao city,finally,five Suggestions are put forward to strengthen rural public service supply in H town of Huludao city:the first is we need to build a multi-agent supply system;the second is we will improve the scientific decision-making mechanism for the provision of rural public services;the third is Improve the fiscal revenue and expenditure management mode of town government;the fourth is strengthen the construction of rural public service team of township government;the fifth is the establishment of rural public service supply assessment and supervision system.
