Rural Public Service Supply Analysis Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

China is a traditional agricultural country,rural areas occupy the vast majority of the land area,rural population base is huge,accounting for a relatively high.China has always attached great importance to the development of rural areas.With the sustained and stable development of the country’s overall economy and society,rural agriculture and farmers’ problems have always been the focus of attention.The central government has also spent many years issuing the arrangement and deployment for the development of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the form of no.1 document,and has made a clear plan for rural development from the perspective of top-level design.The state of rural public service directly determines the long-term and steady development of rural areas,and also becomes the key factor to retain local talents and attract foreign talents.This study takes the rural revitalization strategy as the research background and makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the rural public service supply in China.In order to become more prominent problems existing in the supply of public services,and more benefit through this research to promote the promotion of the rural public service supply of western region,this study chose to A flag of Inner Mongolia tongliao city as an example,through the method of literature research and field survey research methods,such as extensive literature and first-hand information collection,Comprehensive and detailed analysis of the current situation of rural public service supply.Through field investigation,problems existing in rural public service supply are deeply summarized,and causes are analyzed.On this basis,countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for the improvement of rural public service quality.Firstly,the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,key and difficult points and research methods are briefly summarized.Then in the main body of tongliao city,the present situation of rural public service supply is introduced from the overall requirements of rural revitalization for rural development,the current situation of rural public service supply system and mechanism,and the current situation of rural public service supply and demand in Tongliao City.Secondly,taking A banner of Tongliao city as an example,the paper classifies and analyzes the existing problems in rural public service supply in China,and makes A comprehensive analysis from the aspects of software,hardware and human resources support.On the whole,there are mainly problems such as imperfect professional service system,imperfect professional service system,poor public service infrastructure,low integration of resources,insufficient supply of professional service personnel and training of localized manpower.This paper introduces the experience of rural public service supply at home and abroad again.Finally,according to the analysis of existing problems and causes,and on the basis of experience,the countermeasures to solve the problem of rural public service supply in China are proposed,mainly from the software aspect,hardware aspect,human resources support and other three aspects,respectively from the government subject,social organizations and farmers and rural areas.Efforts will be made to build a rural public service supply system with multiple actors,integrated resources and all-round efforts,so as to lay the foundation for further rural revitalization and sustainable rural construction and development.
