Research On The Cooperative Governance Between Grass-Roots Government And Community In Zhenyuan County,Gansu Province

In China,communities are the basic places where residents work and live,the basic units of social governance,and an important part of the state and social system.China is currently in a critical period of social transformation,with various contradictions and risks intertwined,especially in grass-roots communities.Excessive urbanization has led to changes in urban social structure,a large flow of labor force and concentration of urban population,which has brought huge challenges to government governance.Community governance in the new era needs to adapt to the actual situation of community development and needs the participation and promotion of collaborative governance.The emergence of community as a new self-governing organization of residents plays an important role in community governance.This role continuously promotes community governance and at the same time strengthens and deepens the degree of association with the grass-roots government,which is what we need to pay attention to and strengthen in the face of community governance issues in the future.In the community governance,the continuous strengthening of the coordination between the grass-roots government and the community makes the community governance more and more perfect and the governance efficiency more prominent.But in the reality of our country the grass-roots government and the community in collaborative governance,to achieve effective coordination and governance in outstanding only in developed areas have better implementation,for backward western regions,our community governance is still the old grass-roots government dominant model,in this kind of governance incompatible with the actual development situation if continue to use the traditional management mode,Not only can not effectively deal with the daily governance problems,but also affect the development of the community,and even affect the stability of the grass-roots society to a certain extent.This article in the 19 big for community governance based on the planning and the time background of the social development of our country is in transition period,the selection of zhenyuan tung street community,gansu province as the research object,from the grass-roots government and community collaborative governance perspective,try in the new era of zhenyuan base in gansu province government and the community in collaborative governance research looking for innovation,It can achieve good results in the management system and new ideas of governance.Full text described in accordance with the present situation and the reasons and puts forward countermeasures to expand,the present situation of using the survey data to describe the running mode of zhenyuan tung street community,gansu province,community governance effect,the existence question and so on,then analyses the causes of the formation of the current governance dilemma,and finally on the basis of the reasons put forward the corresponding countermeasures,This paper puts forward a collaborative governance path in line with the reality of Dongjie Community in Zhenyuan County,Gansu Province.
