| Since the beginning of the new century,the world has never been in the process of great development,great change and great adjustment.The pattern of international power and the situation of global competition are changing with each passing day.Under such great changes,national identity is particularly important for multi-ethnic countries.At present,the century of the Communist Party of China is just in the prime of life,and the great changes that have not happened in the world in the past century crisscross and collide with each other.Under the condition of opportunities and challenges,national identity is related to people’s well-being,national stability and national future.We need to carry out systematic and in-depth reflection and Research on national identity in the long-term historical perspective and complex global changes.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China has entered a new era of rapid economic development.The party’s theory,line,principles,policies and all kinds of work are in line with the fundamental interests and needs of the vast number of young people,and to a great extent enhance their sense of national identity.In March 2018,the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress deliberated and passed the amendment to the constitution of the People’s Republic of China,which laid a constitutional foundation for national identity and national unity from the height of the fundamental law.In addition,under the background of a century of great changes,the world’s economic strength,political pattern,cultural development,international security and so on have changed significantly.Among them,with the rapid development of science and technology and network informatization,some western developed capitalist countries try to use network science and technology for cultural infiltration,public opinion and other means to weaken the sense of national identity of our youth,and finally achieve the goal of "Westernization" and "differentiation" of China.Therefore,combined with the new era background,this paper will continue to study the issues related to youth national identity.From the perspective of cognitive subject,the youth in the new era is the hope and future of the country and nation.Whether the youth have a strong sense of national identity is related to the long-term prosperity and stability of the society,the future of the Chinese nation and the future destiny of China.Young people in the new era have independent personalities and active thoughts.However,some young people are easily confused by the enemy and may be incited to participate in a new round of "Color Revolution" due to their insufficient social experience,weak ability to judge right and wrong,diversified values and sub-health psychology.For example,the Hong Kong amendment storm in 2019.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the important documents such as the medium and long term youth development plan(2016-2025)and the main points of the work of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in 2021 have been successively issued,which have answered the questions of the direction of China’s youth development and how to play the role of youth,etc.,which are conducive to better safeguarding the rights and interests of youth and promoting the healthy growth of youth.In addition,Xi Jinping has made important remarks in the light of the current development of China,in the aspects of casting the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,carrying forward the patriotic spirit and cultivating the feelings of the country.At the same time,there are also important discussions on how to understand the youth,how to guide the youth through education,and how to effectively improve the pertinence of youth patriotism education.These discussions contain the problems of youth national identity,which have not only the characteristics of the times,but also the distinctive personal style and Chinese characteristics.It can be seen that Xi Jinping’s important exposition on youth’s national identity has the value of research.The article is roughly divided into five parts.First,it combs the related concepts of identity,national identity and youth national identity,and then expounds the theoretical basis of identity,social identity,ethnic identity theory,the theory of "pluralistic integration pattern of the Chinese nation" and the thought of "national identity" in Marxist theory.Second,the main background of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on youth’s national identity is mainly analyzed,that is,the new achievements and new trends of China’s Communist Party during the hundred years,and the new opportunities and challenges that have not been changed in the hundred years.Third,it mainly explains the main contents of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on youth national identity,including four aspects: the fundamental guarantee of the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the core values of socialism,the greatest common divisor and the consciousness of founding the Chinese nation community.Fourth,it mainly clarifies Xi Jinping’s logical approach to the important elaboration of youth’s national identity,that is,to guide the correct cognition of youth’s self identity is the starting point,emphasizing that young people’s inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture are the supporting points,and encouraging young people to interpret patriotism with practical action as the foothold of three aspects.Fifth,through the analysis above,we further explore Xi Jinping’s important exposition on youth’s national identity in order to provide a reference for the training of new people in the era of national rejuvenation,to supplement the understanding of the five elements of promoting youth to national identity,and to provide a reference for consolidating the recognition of the three countries in the Qing Dynasty.In order to enhance the effectiveness of national identity education for young people in Colleges and universities to provide new ideas and other aspects of the value of the times. |
