Research On Policy Implementation Of Nutrition Improvement Plan In S County

The health of adolescents is of vital importance to the future of the country.Therefore,the physical and mental health of adolescents must be taken into consideration in various national policies.The original intention of the "Rural Compulsory Education Student Nutrition Improvement Plan" was that the state regarded the physical fitness of students as an important part of rural compulsory education.Through this plan,these students were provided with nutritious meals and improved their physical quality.In 2011,under the guidance of the State Council,the pilot work of the nutrition improvement plan for rural compulsory education students officially started,and S County started on March 1 two years later.Since its implementation,after exploration,the current nutrition improvement plan is basically running smoothly.However,in the process of policy implementation,the situation in each region is different,and the implementation effect is also different.In the process of implementing the policies issued by the central government,S County has also exposed some common and non-common problems.S County was lifted out of poverty in 2018.During the economic development of S County,enterprises lacked economic support to drive economic development,and economic vitality was insufficient.In addition,since the implementation of the nutrition improvement plan in S County,the subsidy standard has not been adjusted for six years.The nutritional improvement subsidy funds allocated by the superiors are also in short supply due to rising prices and it is difficult to continue to support the project,so the funding gap in all aspects is relatively large.Not only that,the nutrition improvement plan also involves many issues such as food health,canteen operation,etc.This article takes S County as the research object,combines relevant public management theories,uses questionnaire surveys,on-site visits and other methods and conducts relevant statistics to fully dig out policy implementation failures.The obstruction is in place and the cause analysis is carried out,and a targeted solution is proposed to solve the operability.It is hoped that the county will continue to implement the nutrition improvement plan at a practical level to have a certain value.There are two innovations in this article.First,the sample area studied is relatively new.By consulting the current research results,it is found that most of the research tends to be developed areas,and in the analysis,the corresponding data and theories are combined.Few scholars analyze my country’s central and western regions,and there are relatively few research results in this area.Second,the research is highly representative.First of all,it is reflected in the data.The data is obtained by means of on-site investigations,etc.,to obtain first-hand data,which can represent the general situation of the county,reflect common problems,and can also reflect the characteristics of S County,and study countermeasures.When there are problems,there are contradictions.In the implementation of the plan in S County,there are various contradictions and shortcomings,which are to be resolved.At present,there has not been a comprehensive and systematic study on the policy implementation of the nutrition improvement plan in S County.Some survey reports and data only analyze the nutrition improvement plan in S County from the surface.This article analyzes the nutrition improvement plan in S County from the perspective of public management,which is more targeted and operable.It is helpful for the implementation of the policy of S County Nutrition Improvement Plan to develop well.
