Modeling And Evaluation For Coordination Development Of Society, Economy, Resource And Environment

With the development of economic industrialization and social urbanization in world, the scale and speed that mankind utilizes, transforms natural resource and natural environment are strengthened unprecedentedly, which promotes the rapid development of society and economy in every region. Contemporary, the impact and restriction function on economic development of human society are more obvious than anytime in the past by natural resource and natural environment. The contradiction between social development, economy development, resource protection and environment protection are outstanding increasingly. The problem for resource shortage, environment pollution, ecology being out-of-balance exposes the drawback of traditional development mode. So the mankind begins to seek the new high-quality development mode, so sustainable development is proposed. It is a foundation of development to coordination. In order to realize sustainable development, the relation between society, economy, resource and environment should be coordinated correctly.The basic theory of coordination development is analyzed at first. The basic conception of coordination is introduced, the basic theory of coordination development of system is summarized, the concept of coordination control is proposed and the principle of coordination control is summarized. And according to the theory, the system of society, economy, resource and environment are analyzed from the side of inscape, characteristic, structure and function, run mechanism. Then the concept model and control model of coordination development of society, economy, resource and environment are established. Afterward, the model and method of evaluation of the coordination development level is discussed, the appraise model of coordination development is established. On the basis of evaluation of the system of the array of time by coordination degree, coordination development level, the gray model GM (1,N) is applied to evaluate the coordination state among these systems. At last this thesis provides a demonstration study on Hebei province, according to the evaluation results, it puts forward the countermeasure of the development of society, economy, resource and environment.
