Research On The Influencing Factors Of Public Security Agency’s Response To Police-related Network Public Opinion

There are no bystanders in the Internet age.With the rapid development of information revolution,the Internet has become an indispensable tool in people’s life.And the Internet is used by more and more people to express their feelings and obtain their needs.It can be said that the Internet has become an important channel for the spread of public opinion.In the period of social transformation,online public opinion emerges as the times require,showing characteristics of diversified participating groups,diversified appeals,and wide-ranging influence.As the most closely connected bridge with the public,public security organs will inevitably become the focus of public opinion,whether in law enforcement or in administrative services,causing various police-related online public opinion cases to be widely disseminated by the media and the public.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized: “The work of public opinion must gather the hearts of the people,sing the main theme,and strengthen the positive energy.” In the new era,it has become an important task for the public security work how to properly deal with the police-related online public opinion and grasp the correct direction of public opinion.In the past ten years,our country’s police-related online public opinion incidents have emerged one after another,and the proportion of police-related online public opinion cases in public opinion has been increasing.The dissemination of police-related online public opinion has affected many aspects of social development.Whether public security organs can timely,accurately and effectively respond to the police-related online public opinion is not only related to the vital interests of the public,but also directly reflects the response effect of public security organs,and affects the image of the police and the credibility of public security organs.In addition,the response effect of public security organs is an important criterion for measuring its response level.Through a descriptive analysis of the collected cases,it is found that although the public security response of public security organs in our country has greatly improved in recent years,there are still gaps,uneven phenomena.Therefore,in the police-related network public opinion,the public security agency’s response effect and its influencing factors have become an important topic that public security agencies urgently need to study in the new era.This paper uses mature theories such as dynamic game theory and cooperative game theory,5W theory,and ternary interactive determinism to provide strong support for the public security response research.Its core innovation is to try to put forward a new concept of response effect of the public security agency’s police-related online public opinion.Concepts,and use research methods that combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to thoroughly explore the influencing factors of current public security organs’ public opinion response effects,so as to accurately understand the public security organs’ measurement standards for policerelated public opinion responses.Through research,this article finds that the political environment has a significant impact on the response effect of public security organs,while the network environment has little relationship with the response effect.The public psychology and appeal goals have a significant impact on the response effect,and the hatred psychology and herd psychology in the public psychology have a significant impact,and the critical disclosure has become the main demand target that affects the response effect.The way of media participation has a great impact on the response effect,which is mainly manifested in third-party hype,online big V guidance and labeling effect.From the internal characteristics of the development of public opinion,the origin of public opinion is closely related to the response effect of public opinion by the public security organs.Compared with network induction,reality induction is more influential.From the public security organ’s own response,response attitude,response speed,response method and response ability all have a significant impact on response effect.Finally,this article proposes targeted strategies based on influencing factors,which are respectively optimizing the external response environment,accurately grasping the characteristics of internal public opinion,scientifically guiding media participation,smoothing the expression of public opinions,and strengthening the response of the public security organs.
