Research On The Response Of Public Opinion Related To Police In J City On The Internet In The All Media Era

At present,our country is in the critical period of social transformation,social contradictions in all aspects of concentrated outbreak,sensitive cases(events)more complex and diverse types.Because the public security organs are often in the front line of serving the masses,fighting crime and maintaining stability,they need to realize the will of the state with coercive force and so on.The information technology of the whole media era makes the news media and the general public opinion express channel more freely,spreads the public opinion dissemination characteristic in the whole media,effectively responds to the police network public opinion,on the one hand can make the police-related public opinion reflect the mass concern question to solve effectively,on the other hand it also promotes the work efficiency of public security organs and the improvement of national social governance level.As an administrative law enforcement organ of the state,the public security organ is closely related to the daily life of citizens.The public security organ and its police,staff,auxiliary police and other relevant departments and personnel are careless in their daily administrative law enforcement and personal behavior.Along with the arrival of the whole media era in recent years,the formation and development of police-related public opinion has greatly eliminated the regional boundary,J city is an ordinary third-tier city in North China,and the research on public opinion response in ordinary cities has more universal value and research significance.At present,many scholars have done more research on response to public opinion,but the research on response to police public opinion is relatively few.Through literature research,investigation research,case analysis and other methods,this study expounds the formation and life cycle of police network public opinion in the whole media era,the influence of the whole media era on police network public opinion and its response,J city police network public opinion response status,using communication "silent spiral" theory,public crisis management life cycle theory and other theories,this paper analyzes the problems existing in J city and the causes of the problems,and gives the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the response of police network public opinion in the whole media era.Through this research,we hope to provide effective help to the public security organs of J city to enhance the public opinion response ability of the police network in the whole media era,to provide reference for improving the image of the public security organs of J city,to enhance the credibility of the J municipal government,and to provide reference for other regions,to safeguard social fairness and justice,and to promote the construction of China ruled by law.
