| With the promulgation of the "Supervision Law" and the establishment of the Supervision Commission,the promotion of the rule of law in an all-round way and the realization of full coverage of discipline inspection and supervision,the ongoing anti-corruption work is gradually getting on the right track,this also shows the party and the country to continue to do a good job in building a clean government and resolutely win the fight against corruption confidence and determination.From the practice of the reform of supervision system for more than one year,there are still some problems in the process of supervision and discipline enforcement,such as inaccurate orientation,few methods and weak supervision effectiveness.Based on this,how to strengthen the commission’s supervision and discipline enforcement work,is the focus of this paper.In this paper,the Fuzhou Commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision as the research object,in-depth Study of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision supervision theory,to explore ways and means to effectively strengthen the supervision and enforcement of discipline work,it is of great social and practical significance to regulate the behavior of Party members and cadres in exercising their power,to promote the rule of law and the rule of law,and to comprehensively enhance the level of comprehensive governance ofthe Party and the country,based on the actual situation,the article comprehensively combs and integrates the relevant information at home and abroad,and explores and studies the basic concepts of "discipline inspection" and "supervision" according to the rights supervision theory and the two-factor theory,this paper makes a thorough and systematic exposition of the environment for the reform of the system of discipline inspection and supervision departments,and makes a detailed comparative analysis of the contents of supervision and discipline enforcement duties before and after the reform of the system,at the same time,it discusses the main exploration made by the Fuzhou Commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision in performing its supervision duties,through the use of the main research methods such as literature research,investigation research,etc.,to make a comparative analysis of the questionnaires,interview information and relevant statistical data collected and sorted out in the early stage,it reveals that there are some outstanding problems in the process of supervision and enforcement,such as low time limit,few means,insufficient strength,poor effect and weak supervision at the same level And clear the lack of awareness of supervision,supervision team capacity,"three turn" is not enough in place,some areas of the supervision mechanism loopholes,supervision synergy is not sufficient,the lack of effective coordination with functional departments,and other reasons;Finally,in view of the current problemsand causes of the performance of supervision and discipline enforcement duties by the Commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision at the municipal level in Fuzhou,it is proposed to focus on key people and key matters,supervise in accordance with regulations and laws,and strengthen team building to optimize the ranks of cadres,using scientific and technological means to improve the efficiency of supervision and discipline enforcement,standardize the system of supervision and discipline enforcement and strengthen cooperation with relevant functional departments.The corresponding ideas and ideas put forward in this paper have certain reference value for strengthening the supervision work of municipal discipline inspection and supervision organs under the new situation. |
