The CPC Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping as its core,attaches great importance to cadre education and training.The top-level design for cadre education and training is becoming more and more perfect and systematic,and more attention is paid to the education and training of cadres at the grassroots level.In particular,since the reform of the supervision system,discipline inspection and supervision cadres have faced new situations,new tasks,and new challenges.The vast numbers of discipline inspection and supervision cadres have actively fulfilled their responsibilities for supervising discipline enforcement and supervising and investigating and handling them,promoted the transformation of the superiority of the system into governance effectiveness and provided a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of the economy and society.Through education and training,it is of great significance not only for discipline inspection and supervision cadres to grasp the contents of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in theory,but also to strengthen the practical practice in the application of learning,which is of great significance to the overall promotion of discipline inspection and supervision cadres undefined ability to perform their duties and comprehensive quality.In this paper,the training work of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in H District of T City is taken as the research focus,guided by the relevant theory of training system,the basic construction of training work is strengthened,and the training system of discipline inspection and supervision cadres is improved.Let each discipline inspection and supervision cadre can improve the theoretical level,professional quality and practical work ability.This paper first introduces the general situation of discipline inspection and supervision cadres’ undefined development,and combs the relevant theoretical research on the training needs of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.Secondly,we use interview method and questionnaire survey method to investigate and analyze the present situation of discipline inspection and supervision cadre training in H District of T City,sum up and conclude that the training method is single,the training content is not strong,and the training needs analysis is lack of system,and evaluation mechanism of training is not perfect and effect.Then,the training contents of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in H District of T City are designed,and the effect of training is evaluated and designed.Finally,based on the training needs in the training system,this paper expounds the safeguard measures for the implementation of the discipline inspection and supervision cadre training system in H District of T City,and puts forward the emphasis on training planning and organization work by means of combining theory with practice.Classification training ensures the quality of training,strengthens the construction of training teachers,constructs and consummates the network teaching platform,attaches importance to the assessment and incentive management,and so on.The research results of this paper are helpful to improve the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in H District of T City to carry out targeted discipline inspection and supervision cadres training,so as to better adapt to their own positions,construct a long-term discipline inspection and supervision cadre training system,and then cast a loyalty,clean,responsible discipline inspection and supervision cadres.But also for other areas of cadre training can be referenced and replicable templates.
