As an important link in the construction of Party conduct,integrity,and anti-corruption work,strengthening the construction of grassroots disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres is of special and decisive significance.On the one hand,the construction of grass-roots cadres is of practical significance for the landslide victory victory of the construction of a clean and honest government and the fight against corruption.On the other hand,strengthening the construction of grassroots cadres is of historical significance for strengthening the ruling position of the Party.However,with the continuous deepening of the reform of the supervisory system,disciplinary inspection and supervision agencies are facing more practical challenges,shouldering the dual functions of intra party supervision and national supervision.Therefore,under the current practical conditions and background,it is necessary to build a loyal,clean,and responsible discipline inspection and supervision iron army.Therefore,this article focuses on studying how to strengthen the construction of grassroots disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres,which has very important theoretical and practical significance.This thesis takes the construction of the disciplinary inspection and supervision cadre team in P County,located in the northern part of Jiangsu Province,as the research object.Based on the theory of public sector human capital and incentive theory,qualitative research methods such as literature analysis and interview,as well as quantitative research methods such as questionnaire survey,are used to conduct a series of investigations and analyses on the current situation of the disciplinary inspection and supervision cadre team construction in P County.The survey results show that the disciplinary inspection and supervision organs of P County have taken major measures in the construction of cadre teams,such as integrating institutional personnel settings,strengthening training and learning efforts,strengthening self supervision of cadres,and enriching cadre welfare.However,there are still some urgent problems that need to be solved in the disciplinary inspection and supervision cadre team of the county,including unreasonable cadre selection system,some cadres’ professional abilities not meeting the standards,incomplete supervision system,and ineffective incentive methods.The main reasons for this are that ideological and political construction needs to be improved,the selection and employment system needs to be optimized,the education and training system needs to be improved,the internal and external supervision system needs to be improved,and the cadre incentive system needs to be improved.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the construction of the disciplinary inspection and supervision cadre team in P County by strengthening ideological and political construction,scientifically establishing a system for selecting and appointing personnel,establishing a sound education and training system,constructing an internal and external supervision and punishment system,and improving the cadre incentive system. |
