Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and opening-up,a large number of migrant workers have entered the urban labor market,which is a huge historical progress in the process of economic and social development,it also greatly alleviates the pressure of employment in developed areas and gives a strong impetus to the economic construction in developed areas.However,due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas,economic pressure and other practical factors,these migrant workers have to leave their children in the rural home,by grandparents or parents unilateral custody.This led to the creation of the Left-behind children in China,which grew in size as the tide of migrant workers grew.However,the corresponding care services for left-behind children are far from being able to meet the actual needs of left-behind children.In order to understand the basic situation of rural left-behind children in Hebei Province and the development status and existing problems of care services for rural left-behind children in our province,we propose operable solutions to these problems in the care services for rural left-behind children in our province.Rural left-behind children care about the quality of services and provide relevant reference and reference.First of all,this paper takes the Left-behind children in China of Hebei Province as the object of study.The Left-behind children in China is developed by the government and all sectors of society through strengthening team building,improving the welfare system,enriching the care resources,etc.,left-behind children in China provides financial support,psychological counseling,academic support,and more.Through the methods of Literature Research and investigation,this paper summarizes and analyzes the policies,academic papers and investigation reports from the government,academic research institutions,non-governmental organization and other channels,based on the actual investigation of the related work below the county level,this paper studies the Left-behind children in China in Hebei Province.Secondly,through analysis of existing policies and research results,it is found that the current research on left-behind children lacks a solid data foundation and lacks systematization.Although a certain degree of attention has been paid to the psychological development of left-behind children,it is more For specific psychological counseling,health care,nutritional security,rights protection,etc.,there is not enough attention,but also lack of sufficient policy support and practical operations.Combined with the actual situation of the actual work,the commonality of rural care services for left-behind children in Hebei Province in terms of team building,system guarantee,service quality,etc.was analyzed and studied.It is not difficult to find that the care services for left-behind children in Hebei Province have weak teams and institutional guarantees.Insufficient,low service quality and other issues,the generation of these problems is inseparable from factors such as government,family,school and other service providers and system construction.Then this article analyzes the above problems from the perspective of political,economic,social,cultural and other factors through the restrictions of household registration,policy process,labor flow,educational resources,market participation,rural culture and other aspects.Finally,based on the combination of theory and practice,from the aspects of team building,welfare system,service quality,long-term mechanism,etc.,they put forward their own ideas on how to build a service team,improve the welfare system,improve service quality,and establish a long-term mechanism.Hope that it can provide a reference for improving the care services for left-behind children in rural areas of Hebei Province.
