Research On The Care Service System For Left-behind Children In Rural Areas Based On Social Support Theory

The research on the care service for left behind children in rural areas in China started late,and the practice foundation is relatively weak.There are many deficiencies in all aspects of the work.This paper takes the care service system for left behind children in S Town,,Anhui Province as the object to carry out investigation and research,which is conducive to promoting the construction of the care service system to be more perfect.Under the current policy background of vigorously promoting the Rural Revitalization by the government,It seems very necessary and urgent.This paper mainly uses the method of questionnaire and field interview to carry out the research.Based on the research on the psychological,academic and security problems of the left behind children as a special group in the period of social transformation,it adheres to the combination of theory and practice,and deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the construction of the local left behind children’s care system in X Town,combining with the local left behind children Based on the environmental background and general situation of the left behind children,this paper puts forward four policy suggestions for the local left behind children care service system by using the theories of public governance and field theory,so as to make it more scientific,reasonable and feasible.This paper aims to establish and improve a social support system for left behind children,which is led by the government and widely participated by different support subjects such as communities,social groups,schools and families.Through the multi-agent support mode of government led,"three community linkage",family support and school linkage,the responsibility of left behind children’s guardianship is fundamentally implemented,and a filing and assessment help is established and improved The "five in one" care and protection service system for left behind children,which includes support,intervention,monitoring,compulsory reporting and emergency response,strengthens the work of care and support for left behind children and strengthens the work guarantee.Finally,we will build a rural left behind children care and protection service system that provides social support from the government,communities,social groups,schools and families.
