The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Communist Youth League’s Service For Youth Entrepreneurship

Since the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was put forward in September 2014,it has aroused a positive response from young and middle-aged people(15-24 years old).Data released by China Education Online shows that the current society has the largest youth population in history.As a populous country,the difficulty of youth employment and entrepreneurship has gradually become an urgent problem to be solved in China.According to the current situation in China,the government functions are shown in the top-level design in helping young entrepreneurs.The detailed support measures and countermeasures cannot be reflected in the government functions.The Communist Youth League is a helper and supporter of the party organization.A closely connected hub to deal with the current problems of youth entrepreneurship that the country attaches importance to,youth concerns,and public concerns,and help the Party committees at all levels and the state to deal with the current public hot and difficult problems.The performance of basic work tasks is also an inevitable need for the Communist Youth League tasks in the new stage to fit the new era background,and it also brings certain development opportunities to the Communist Youth League in protecting the legitimate interests of young people and participating in public management and services.Therefore,in this paper,A,B area as an example,combined with the market failure and government failure theory to the problem of the communist youth league service youth entrepreneurship research,this paper discusses the communist youth league organizations and government departments,non-governmental organizations and other service youth entrepreneurship,the difference between A research mainly by means of questionnaire survey,analyzed the A,B area,the communist youth league organizations in the youth innovation service center of achievements and shortcomings,including the inefficiency of the communist youth league organizations of youth entrepreneurship training,entrepreneurship policy service efficiency is low,the communist youth league communist youth league organizations lack of persistent guide,support the communist youth league organizations failed to solve the problem of youth venture capital.By analyzing the factors causing the problems and combining with the actual development situation of Area B,it is proposed that the work of organizing and serving youth of the Communist Youth League should be optimized from four aspects: optimizing the entrepreneurship training system,giving full play to the publicity efficiency of new media,implementing the policy of whole-cycle sustainable guidance and support and broadening the channels of entrepreneurial capital.In order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for improving the system of youth entrepreneurship service by the Communist Youth League,the author tries to accurately explore the practical difficulties of youth entrepreneurship and the basic point of youth entrepreneurship service by the Communist Youth League.
