Study On The Relationship Between Communist Youth League Organization And Rural Youth Entrepreneurship In Meizhou

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,and entrepreneurship is the source of employment.As an important part of the youth group,the employment and entrepreneurship of rural youth has always been an urgent issue concerned by party committees and governments at all levels and concerned by the society.However,under the background of China’s economic transformation and deepening reform,the entrepreneurial concept,environment and conditions of rural youth have undergone profound changes.Based on this,this paper attempts to analyze the specific work practices of the communist youth league in serving and promoting the entrepreneurship of young people in meizhou rural areas,so as to find out the entrepreneurial willingness and demands of young people,and to force out effective countermeasures based on the problems.Firstly,by analyzing the theoretical background and practical background,the theoretical and practical significance of this study is clarified,and then the main research content and technical route of this study are proposed.Then,on the basis of collecting a large number of domestic and foreign scholars’ research,the basic concept,dimension division and influencing factors of serving youth entrepreneurship at home and abroad are summarized and summarized.Then,it summarizes the organization and service of the communist youth league in rural youth,and introduces the current situation of the organization and service of the meizhou communist youth league in rural youth entrepreneurship.In addition,the interaction mechanism between the training provided by the communist youth league,the entrepreneurial positions set up by the communist youth league,the financial support provided by the communist youth league and the basic characteristics of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance was proposed and the theoretical model was constructed.Further,the research design,data collection,data analysis and verification of the proposed hypothesis are carried out.Finally,the basic conclusions of this study are drawn to explain the reasons behind.Based on the conclusions of this study,the paper puts forward corresponding policy Suggestions for improving the service of the meizhou communist youth league organization for rural youth entrepreneurship.The results show that the training provided by the communist youth league has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial performance.The entrepreneurial position set up by the communist youth league has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial performance.The financial support provided by the communist youth league has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.There were significant differences in entrepreneurial performance between the two sexes.There were significant differences in entrepreneurial performance among different age groups.There were significant differences in entrepreneurial performance among respondents with different levels of education.There are significant differences in entrepreneurial performance among different enterprise sizes.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward Suggestions to improve the service of the meizhou communist youth league organization for rural youth entrepreneurship.
