| As the basic unit of party organization,party branch plays a significant role in carrying out the work.The quality of party branch construction directly affects the implementation of the party’s decisions and arrangements.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward new requirements for party branch construction.In this situation,it has become the most direct and critical problem as well as a subject in urgent need of research to strengthen the exploration of methods for party construction,to promote the continuous progress of party construction,and to further improve the quality of party branch construction.Combining literature review,investigation and case study,this study summarizes the historical development and common experience of party branch construction,expounds the importance of party branch construction,and discusses the necessity of the standardization of party branch construction.On this basis,this study takes the party branch of Lintao County Agencies as an example,reviews four stages in the standardization of the construction of the party branch,summarizes four characteristics and four effects of the practice,conducts an analysis on responsibility performance,team building and task completion,and concluded theoretical and human causes of problems.Finally,the research explores the way to enhance the standardization of party branch from four aspects including grasping the target and key point of the standardization of party branch construction,building a scientific and reasonable evaluation system,and considering the transformation of party branch’s main responsibilities and business,thus to offer necessary theoretical support for strengthening the standardization of party branch construction and provides valuable reference for the construction of party branch in other fields. |
